Windows 10 (KB5003690) Cumulative Updates Released, Fixed Gaming Bugs

Recently, the Microsoft has released its new optional cumulative update named KB5003690 for Windows 10 2004, 20H2 and 21H1.

This update actually come as a part of June 2021 monthly update, and is reportedly allowing users to test new upcoming fixes that is scheduled to release in July 2021 Patch Tuesday update.

Unlike Tuesday Patch update, this new update includes only big fixed, performance improvements, enhancement to existing features, and many security updates too.

In addition to these, the aforementioned update will also remove the 32-bit Flash plugin from Windows operating system.

In order to install this update, users can navigate to Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates. Since this is an optional update, the users will be prompted to click on the download and install button before the installation begin.

After the previous Windows 10 KB500842 was released, many Windows users have complained about performance relates issues while gaming. And such issues include stuttering, frame rate drops, lags, and even more.

Since such reported issues has affected a large number of people, Even Nvidia recommended users to uninstall the last update to resolve the issues.

However, the Microsoft has offered an emergency update to resolve some of those issues. But now, all gaming issues seem to be fixed for everyone as a part of new cumulative update.
